My personal journey started about five months ago when I quit my 20-year career. I’ve become very knowledgeable on the nutrition side, and the workouts are doable even for an old beginner like me. I’m doing something good. I made a commitment and I’m sticking with it, and it’s changing my whole life. Who wouldn’t feel like a million bucks?!

All my life, I’ve struggled up and down with weight gain. 3 years ago, I lost my husband. Due to losing him and COVID, I got into some unhealthy eating habits, I’m not moving as I should, and not being mindful of what I put in my mouth. I watched Emily and saw how the program has transformed her, and it motivated me to give it a try, and that’s how I started my journey.

At my heaviest, I weighed 240 lbs. I was at 218 at the start of the program. Worst of all, my body had so much inflammation, the pain is indescribable. Now, I’m at 208. I haven’t seen 208 on the scale since around 2018! My inflammation decreased so much, I feel so alive again! My next goal is 200 (increments of 10lbs.)
