You will begin with a one-hour live consultation, which includes getting your intake form filled out and discovering all your current challenges that you want to address. You will also receive coaching in the following ways:
- Daily Accountability: We will have daily times available for you to check in, ask questions, vent, cry, celebrate, and so much more.
- Daily Logging/Journaling: We will have specific things for you to write about and log daily to stay on track and help us follow your progress.
- Meal Plan Guidance: We will help you understand our meal plan and continue to tweak it for you so that you can achieve maximum success.
- Community: We will have you in your own private VIP group and assign you an accountability buddy so that you will never feel alone on your fitness journey.
- Badges: We will have different levels of badges you can earn as you complete your workouts, log your food, get your rest, and many more. We have some fun prizes for you when you achieve new levels!
