12, and a 21-year-old bonus son. My husband is an emergency room doctor, and we live in Celina, Texas. Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a passion for health and fitness. At 16 years old, I was one of the youngest women to become a certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer.
