Day 4-6 Smoothie
2 C almond milk or any
unsweetened non-dairy
milk, except soy and rice
1/2-1 scoop LiveGood Protein
Powder
1 Scoop LiveGood Collagen
1 Scoop LiveGood Greens
OPTIONAL
1 tbsp mct (start with a
small dose and increase
gradually) or other oil
1 Scoop LiveGood Coffee &
Mushroom Powder
Sweetener to taste (stevia)
Cinnamon to taste
1 C frozen berries
Ice optional
Instructions:
1. Add ice and almond milk to a
blender.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and
blend until smooth.
