We have a unique diet, exercise and wellness plan unlike anything you have ever tried.

Each week, we have four phases (each phase has a different macro ratio and corresponding foods allowed).  This keeps the body guessing which helps with weight loss.

  • Phase 1 – Insulin Lowering: Mon-Wed we are on high fat, low carb, moderate protein
  • Phase 2 – Detox: Thursday we complete a 16 hour fast at noon that began Wednesday at 8pm, we then go to high protein, moderate fat, moderate carbs
  • Phase 3 – Muscle Building: Friday and Saturday we go to high carb, high protein, low fat.  All carbs come from vegetables (including higher carb veggies like sweet potato and carrots) and up to 3 cups of berries and/or apples.
  • Phase 4 – Muscle Building (part 2): Sunday we go back to the same macro ratio as Phase 2 but with no fast.

I’m inspired that you are here!! I am a mom of three children, ages 4, 8, and
12, and a 21-year-old bonus son. My husband is an emergency room doctor, and we live in Celina, Texas. Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a passion for health and fitness. At 16 years old, I was one of the youngest women to become a certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer. Still, over the years, I struggled with weight loss, body image, binging, sugar addiction, eating disorders… you name it, and I have dealt with it! After years of research, I have finally found the secret ingredients that will help you lose that stubborn weight, create a healthy lifestyle, and feel amazing while
