WELCOME TO JUST LEAN IN!
We have a unique diet, exercise and wellness plan unlike anything you have ever tried.
Each week, we have four phases (each phase has a different macro ratio and corresponding foods allowed). This keeps the body guessing which helps with weight loss.
- Phase 1 – Insulin Lowering: Mon-Wed we are on high fat, low carb, moderate protein
- Phase 2 – Detox: Thursday we complete a 16 hour fast at noon that began Wednesday at 8pm, we then go to high protein, moderate fat, moderate carbs
- Phase 3 – Muscle Building: Friday and Saturday we go to high carb, high protein, low fat. All carbs come from vegetables (including higher carb veggies like sweet potato and carrots) and up to 3 cups of berries and/or apples.
- Phase 4 – Muscle Building (part 2): Sunday we go back to the same macro ratio as Phase 2 but with no fast.
